Here is the full video transcript: “Now we’re making Sherry-flambéed chorizo in salt-roasted baby potatoes. Palacios uses their old family chorizo recipe and the chorizo comes ready to slice and eat. But to bring out the flavor, I’m sautéing it with Fresh & Fruity VillaBlanca Olive Oil and then I’ll flambé the pan with some Sherry. I’m serving the chorizo on top of the salt-roasted baby potato. Add a little grated Manchego and saffron aioli. Enjoy!”
Step 1: Chop the chorizo.
Step 2: Sauté the chorizo in a pan with VillaBlanca’s Fresh & Fruity Olive Oil.
Step 3: Flambé the pan with some Sherry.
Step 4: Serve the chorizo on top of the salt-roasted baby potatoes.
Step 5: Top the chorizo and potatoes with some grated Manchego cheese.
Step 6: Add saffron aioli.
